Dilek Kaya Hotel, built by restoring and enlarging an old house which stands by a gorgeous ancient Rock Castle called Ortahisar (Middle Castle) which is located at the most untouched town; Ortahisar of Cappadocia which was named as “The Land of Beautiful Horses”, is looking forward to welcome and accommodate its guests, with the sense of professionalism and geniality.

At Doga Restaurant; you can taste our grape molasses, home-made jellies, all vegetable and fruits produced professionally at Fatma Sultan Ciftligi, holding its Organic Certificate and if you are at the right timing; you can even enjoy a tour around the farm and pick your own crops.
